REMOTE CONTROL NOT WORKING
- Check your batteries. You can remove and replace them. If the remote is still not working, replace with fresh, new batteries.
- Press the “SAT” button on your remote. Then try changing channels.
ERROR MESSAGE ON THE TV SCREEN
- On the back of the Shaw box, disconnect the power cable. Wait a few seconds and then reconnect the power.
- Wait several minutes while the Shaw box is resetting.
- Go to channel 259 or 260 and check if you are receiving a picture there.
- If you see no picture on channel 259 or 260 after you’ve reset the system, please contact the office at 01 (415) 120 0200 or 01 (415) 106 5600
INTERNET CONNECTION NOT WORKING
- Please check your Internet speed by clicking this link: https://fast.com.
- If your Internet speed is lower than 20 MBPS, please contact your Internet Service Provider to access a faster Internet download speed.
